About the Event

Sound has been documented to improve both mental and physical health. The vibrations in a sound bath immerse the body and mind, enabling a deeper connection. Sound baths are helppful in aiding in deep relaxation and stress reduction.

The Mini Slinky starts with a sound bath on the first sunday of every month in which you set new intentions for the month ahead.   After you will recieve a daily email for 6 days with mini mindfulness techniques to keep up your slinky momentum.
